• Mix of methods (role plays, story telling, analysis) for promoting emotional and social skills

The participants recognize the value of an attentive and appreciative communication within the framework of sustainable quality. They identify numerous fields of actions which are considered 'soft' skill and encompass social and emotional skills. They know strategies in order to promote and enhance emotional and social skills.
